This is the Sourdough Starter that Esther has been using for the past couple years. It is currently fed organic whole wheat spelt flour but you can switch it to any flour you would like!
Note: In the unlikely chance that your starter dies in the first couple weeks from a mistake, let us know and we'll give you a free replacement!
You have two options for feeding your starter.
You can keep it in the fridge and feed it every week or so, or you can keep it on the counter and feed it every 12-24hrs. It's also just fine to switch back and forth depending on what your baking needs are at the moment!
