Blender Strawberry Ice Cream

This recipe is one of my personal favorites! So refreshing on a summer evening!
Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 c. maple syrup
- 2 c. cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 qt. frozen strawberries (or your favorite fruit)
- 2-3 eggs (optional)
Directions
Add everything to your blender and blend well. Enjoy!
*Make a few hours ahead for a thicker ice cream. Simply blend all together, pop in the freezer, and stir every hour or so until ready to serve.
