Breakfast Egg Roll

We enjoy adding variety to our breakfasts every once in a while! :)
- Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 C. milk
- 2 T. Flour
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 12 Eggs
- 3 T. Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar or swiss cheese, divided
- Sausage, ham, or bacon
- Veggies
Directions
- Line bottom and sides of a greased 15x10 baking pan with parchment paper. Grease paper and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk till smooth.
- Add flour and salt; mix until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until blended.
- Add cream cheese mixture; mix well.
- Pour into pan and bake at 350 until puffed and set. (About 20-25 min.)
- Spread mustard across and sprinkle with half the cheese and meat and veggies of choice.
- Roll up.
- Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 3-4 min. longer to melt the cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
