Chicken Liver Pate

Enjoy your liver pate with veggies, on toast, or just plain!

Ingredients
- (3 T.) Butter
- (1#) Chicken Livers
- (1 bunch) Green Onions
- (1 clove) Garlic
- (1/2 t.) Dry Mustard
- (1 T.) Lemon Juice
- (1/4 t.) Dried Dill
- (1/4 t.) Dried Rosemary
- (1/4 C.) Butter, softened
- (To taste) Sea Salt
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add livers and onions, and cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes, until livers are browned.
- Add garlic, mustard, lemon juice, and herbs.
- Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered, until liquid is gone.
- Allow to cool.
- Blend till smooth in food processor with softened butter.
- Season to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
