Custom Cut Beef

Beef Availablilty We will have beef that should be ready for pickup during the dates listed below. It will be available to reserve up to around 4-6 weeks before each date or whenever it sells out(first come first serve). The later dates be available to reserve as they get closer in.

How It Works - Select when you would like to get your beef and finish checking out. You should receive a confirmation email.

* There is a $100 Cancelation Fee but please feel free to reach out if you want to change something or have a concern!

- We'll take the beef to the processor a few weeks before your pickup and notify you to call the processor with your customized cutting instructions (They'll walk you through the options).

- After the beef is processed and ready for pickup, we'll email you with the hanging weight and total due.

- You pick up and pay for your beef at our farm after we notify you that it is ready. Enjoy!

Notes: *If you have a preference on the size (smaller or larger) please indicate it in the comments when you check out.

*Take home weight is approximately 60% of the hanging weight depending on how many bone-in cuts you choose as well as other factors.
