Looking to be able to customize exactly how your beef is cut and fill you freezer?
From summer grilling season to holiday dinners, you will experience the convenience of having a broad selection of cuts in your freezer whenever needed. The time saving conveniences along with the economical savings make our custom beef option a great choice for families who are serious about eating healthy every day!
Beef Availability
We will have beef that should be ready for pickup during the dates listed below. Reservations remain open to around 4-6 weeks before each date or whenever they sells out. The earlier the better!

Note: we are glad to hold your meat here at the farm up to 3 months after it is ready if you need more time for freezer space or payment โ just let us know!
Pricing (processing cost included)
- Processing cost is built in, so the listed pricing plus 1% tax is your final total โ no additional fees!๐
- Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass before it is de-boned.
- Take home weight is approximately 60% of the hanging weight depending on how many bone-in cuts you choose as well as other factors.
- Quarter Beef - $8.95/lb hanging weight | 150 - 200 lb hanging weight
- Total Cost Range $1,350 - $1,800
- Half Beef | $8.70/lb hanging weight | 300 - 400 lb hanging weight
- Total Cost Range $2,600 - $3,500
- Whole Beef | $8.45/lb hanging weight | 600 - 800 lb hanging weight
- Total Cost Range $5100 - $6,750
Freezer Space Requirements
- Quarter beef | 4 cu ft minimum | 5+ cu ft ideal for organization
- Half beef | 8 cu ft minimum | 10+ cu ft ideal for organization
- Whole beef | 16 cu ft minimum | 20+ cu ft ideal for organization
How It Works
- Select when you would like to get your beef (link below๐) and finish checking out. You should receive a confirmation email.
- There is a $100 Cancelation Fee but please feel free to reach out if you want to change something or have a concern!
- If you prefer a larger or smaller beef, please indicate that in the comments when you check out.
- We'll take the beef to the processor a few weeks before your pickup and notify you to call the processor with your customized cutting instructions (They'll walk you through the options).
- After the beef is processed and ready for pickup, we'll email you with the hanging weight and total due.
- You pick up and pay for your beef at our farm after we notify you that it is ready. Enjoy!

Cuts You Can Get
~ This is the approximate amount of cuts for a quarter beef. Multiply this by 2x for a half beef or 4x for a whole beef
- Steaks including ribeye, t-bone or NY strip/filet, flank, and sirloin (cut 1 inch thick and 2 per package - approximately 10 packages)
- Roasts including chuck, rump, arm and sirloin tip (packaged 2-3 pounds each - approximately 11 packages)
- Brisket (2-3 pounds - 1 package)
- Stew Meat (1 pound per package - approximately 5 packages)
- Ground Beef (1 pound per package - approximately 40 packages - you will have more ground beef if you do not request stew meat, brisket, flanks steak or all of the roasts)
- Note: It is more economical to buy our 25pk Ground Beef (we get some of our GB from older animals) than to grind all the cuts from your cow to get more GB. We recommend getting as many of the cuts from the animal and supplementing with additional GB if you want more than the ~ 40lbs that is typical.
- Other options include
- Organs (heart, liver, tongue, oxtail, etc)
- Bones for broth (or for your dog - approximately 5 pounds)
- Beef Fat for tallow
- For easier rendering, ask the processor to grind the fat
- If making skin care products, you need the kidney fat so ask to have that packaged separate from the back fat
