Looking to be able to customize exactly how your pork is cut and fill your freezer? 

From summer grilling season to holiday dinners, you will experience the convenience of having a broad selection of cuts in your freezer whenever needed. πŸ‘Œ The time saving conveniences along with the economical savings make our custom pork option a great choice for families who are serious about eating healthy every day! 

Pork Availability

We will have pork that should be ready for pickup during the dates listed below. It will be available to reserve up to around 4-6 weeks before each date or whenever it sells out (first come first serve). The later dates will be available to reserve as they get closer in.

Pricing

  • Half Pork | $6.05/lb hanging weight | 100 - 125 lb hanging weight
    • Total Cost Range $600 -$760
  • Whole Pork | $5.85/lb hanging weight | 200 - 250 lb hanging weight
    • Total Cost Range $1,170 - $1,460
  • Other things to keep in mind
    • Take home weight is approximately 70% of the hanging weight depending on how many bone-in cuts you choose as well as other factors.

    • Estimated freezer space needed
      • Half Pork | 2.5 cu ft min. | 3+ cu ft ideal for organization
      • Whole Pork | 5 cu ft min. | 6+ cu ft ideal for organization
      • Two Whole Pork | 10 cu ft min. | 12+ cu ft ideal for organization
        • "Go big or go home!" 😊 - Two Whole Pork is approximately the same amount of meat as a half beef


How It Works

  1. Select when you would like to get your pork (link below) and finish checking out. You should receive a confirmation email. 
    1. There is a $100 Cancelation Fee but please feel free to reach out if you want to change something or have a concern!
    2. If you prefer a larger or smaller pork, please indicate that in the comments when you check out.
  2. We'll take the pork to the processor a few weeks before your pickup and notify you to call the processor with your customized cutting instructions  (They'll walk you through the options).
  3. After the pork is processed and ready for pickup, we'll email you with the hanging weight and total due.
  4. You pick up and pay for your pork at our farm after we notify you that it is ready. Enjoy!

Cuts You Can Get

    • This is the approximate amount of cuts for a half pork. Multiply this by 2x for a whole pork (naturally!😊)
    • 13-15 lbs. pork chops
    • 2-3 lbs. ribs
    • 7-10 lbs. shoulder roast or steaks
    • 15-19 lbs. ground pork and or ground sausage (if you don't want certain cuts, you can just have them make more ground)
    • 16-19 lbs. ham roast and/or steaks
    • 8-10 lbs. bacon πŸ₯“πŸ˜‹
    • Other options include 
      • Pork fat (for making lard)
      • Tenderloin
      • Organs (heart, liver, kidney, tongue, etc)
      • Want a different cut? Just ask the processor
